Ingredients

• 2 fresh figs
• 50ml cachaca
• 10ml sugar syrup
• 10ml ginger syrup
• 20ml lime juice

Method

1. Add all the ingredients into the cocktail shaker.
2. Shake cocktail and strain into your glass.
3. Serve this cocktail in a long glass with crushed ice.

Noir 75

Light, fresh, and perfect for Christmas.

Ingredients

• 30ml Tanqueray royale
• 15ml lemon juice
• 15ml sugar syrup
• Topped with rose prosecco

Method

1. Add all ingredients except the rose prosecco to the cocktail shaker.
2. Shake well, then strain into a chilled flute.
3. Top up with rose prosecco.

Rose revival

A festive twist on the classic corpse reviver.

Ingredients

• 45ml Tanqueray
• 15ml Cointreau
• 25ml lemon juice
• 25ml rose syrup

Method

1. Add all the ingredients into the cocktail shaker.
2. Shake and strain into your glass.
3. Serve this cocktail in a martini glass with no ice.
